This guy is a nut job.
His last account was deadbrains. he's had a whole bunch of accounts, he deletes them everytime he gets pissed off.
He's a conspiracy nut, 911 inside job, UFO's, chemtrails etc..................
My advice is ignore him.

The guy sounds possibly to be bipolar, or manic. Seriously
