How is it possible ...?
... That someone who blocked me has come to my main channel and downvoted my comments? That can't see the comment to downvote it. Maybe some HTML trick that I'll have to investigate.
(And by the way TEXAS HOLD 'EM feel free to answer the question. We know you're gay for this site and are always lurking here,

I figured it out. If this starts happening to anyone here let me know. I'm think I'm going to work on a software tool to that let's you upvote or downvote any comment whether or not that person has blocked you.

Hasn't happened to me yet...but Hedgehog has experienced it.
If they unblock you...can't they thumb you down, then block you again?

That is one way, but I doubt that is what C-A-T-000p did to me.

They can unblock you , do what they want then block you again before you notice.
the new block feature is flawed in so much that you can't block anyone that has you blocked.
It happened to me to.

Did it
I was able to down vote a user who has blocked me. NOTE: they blocked me, not the other way around.
It's basically due to a minor flaw in the way blocking is implemented. If you recall that prior to the latest changes you could always up or down vote anybody's comments, even people who've blocked you. Well, that hasn't changed at all. What has changed is that you can't see the comments at all if you are logged in, and if you are not logged in you can't up or down vote.
So the solution is to go to the comment you want to up or down vote while you are not logged in and get the comment id of the comment. Every single comment on the site has a unique comment id. Then you log in and "send" an up or down vote request specifying that comment id.
Liveleak has no mechanism to facilitate this so you have to improvise with various tools to manipulate the HTTP messages that underlie everything. I wrote a simple python program to do this just to see if I could. It worked.
The spooky thing is the implication that these Syrian government sponsored clowns are probing Liveleak for security weaknesses and finding them. They tipped their hand to this one, but the really valuable flaws they'll probably use very carefully and stealthily. Don't leave any personally indentifiable information in your accounts or private messages if you take them on.
